• Depending on your computer and tv, you may be able to plug your computer into one of your tv's HDMI inputs.  This way you could go to the videos here on our website on your computer and 'project' what's on your computer screen to your tv.

• You could also plug your computer into a projector and project the video onto a wall or projector screen.

• A password is needed for the videos.  You can obtain that password from your Adult Formation Team.  You can also obtain it by contacting Joe at the Office of Parish Support.
   

We created a Session Guide (handout) for each of the six sessions for the members of your small group.  Each guide contains quotes mentioned in the session, suggested small group questions, what to pray with for the next week (usually a Scripture passage), and some practical encouragements for your prayer.  

Each guide is a 2-page PDF document.  If you can print on the back and front of 1 piece of paper, that would be ideal, as to give only one sheet of paper to the members of your small group.  Click the links below to download each week's guide.  You can also find these guides under each week's video.

The last link below is a complete list of the daily Scriptures for all 6 weeks.  This document is a 2-Page PDF.  
There are 7 Scriptures on each Session Guide - one for each day of the week, but we thought that for some people, it may be helpful to have all the Scriptures in one place.  If this is helpful for you and/or the members of your small group, feel free to use it.  For others, it may be overwhelming to see 42 days of 'things to pray with' on one piece of paper.  We invite you to discern what is best for you and the members of your group.  You may consider offering it to them as an option with the thoughts above.

Fr. Mark has also recorded a short meditation for each day’s Scripture.  These audio recordings are designed to aid the preparation of your prayer time.  You can find the recordings under the video for each week’s session.  If it's helpful to know, Fr. Mark is reading from the New American Bible (NAB).

There is one video of Fr. Mark giving an overview of ENCOUNTER as a whole.  Among other things, this video will help you understand the purpose of the series and how it fits into 'The 5' - the Formation Life Cycle.  We invite you to watch this video to get a good understanding of the program as a whole.

There are six more videos of Fr. Mark giving an overview of each of the six sessions.  In each video, Fr. Mark also gives tips and encouragements for that particular session.  We invite you to watch each session's facilitator video prior to meeting with your group for that particular session.

We also invite you to watch the whole of each session itself before watching it with the group.  This will give you a chance to process and pray with the material yourself beforehand, and will aid you in being most prepared to anticipate questions, etc.
