All are invited to attend a Mass of Thanksgiving and Reception for Fr. PJ Madden, to show our grattitude and appreciation for his year of service as our Diocesan Administrator. The Mass will be celbrated at St. Hilary of Poitiers in Raceland on Thursday, March 16th at 5:00pm. A reception will follow immediately after the Mass in St. Hilary's Multipurpose Building. We hope you will attend.

 

Please join us for Mass and Adoration at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral and a reception to follow at the Thibodaux Regional Wellness Center on Monday, March 27th with Bishop Dorsonville. Mass will begin at 5:30pm with a short time of Adoration immediately following. After Benediction, all are welcome to attend the reception at Thibodaux Regional Wellness Center for a time of fellowship, light food, and drinks.

 

All are invited to attend the Cannonical Installation of the Fifth Bishop of the Dicoese of Houma-Thibodaux, Bishop Mario Dorsonville on Wednesday, March 29th at the Cathedral of St. Francis in Houma beginning at 2:00PM. Please be seated by 1:30PM, the procession will begin at 1:45PM. 

Guests are asked to park at the Civic Center in Houma, where transportation will be provided for you to and from the Cathedral. Following the Mass of Instatallation, all are invited to a reception at the Civic Center to welcome Bishop Dorsonville to the dicoese.

 

The Holy Thursday Chrism Mass is a special Mass that includes the blessing of the sacred oils that will be used for ordinations, baptisms, anointing of the sick, and confirmations throughout the next year.

All are invited to join the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux in person for the celebration of the Chrism Mass on Thursday, April 6th at 10:30AM at the Cathedral of St. Francis de Sales in Houma.
