STEP ONE: Read. Get familiar with the Diocesan Planning Priorities. Learn why these priorities are the priorities discerned by Bishop Fabre.

STEP TWO: Complete assessments of ministries in your parish that pertain to the Diocesan Planning Priorities.
STEP THREE: Re-read the results from any listening sessions hosted in your parish. Summarize the results of the listening sessions.

STEP FOUR: Re-read the results from the Disciple Maker Index (DMI). Click here if you have questions about the DMI or if you need a copy of the results.

HOST PARISHES: If you are the host parish you will need the following:
- LCD projector
- Screen or white wall
ALL PARTICIPATING PARISHES: Each individual parish is responsible for the following:
- "Post It" flip chart
- Markers
- Individual copy per person (as well as one copy for the CLI faciliator) of each of the following:
1. Your completed, answered version of the document "Pastoral Priority Summary Sheet"
2. Your completed, answered version of the document "Establishing a Baseline"
HOST PARISHES: If you are the host parish you will need the following:
- LCD projector
- Screen or white wall
ADMIN CONTACTS IN EACH PARISH: Please email to your CLI facilitator a copy of all prep documents (listed above) by the Thursday morning before your first session. (If you do not know how to contact your CLI facilitator, you may email Kristin Niedbala.
- Don't forget about lunch. Parishes can decide what to do for lunch. Remember, lunch is not provided by the decided. We suggest that everyone bring their own bagged lunch.
